Legal & Regulatory Compliance
a. Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of employment contracts.

a. Ensure the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures related to preventing sexual harassment.

- Identify, select, and implement HR technologies that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Streamline HR processes to improve overall effectiveness.
- Functional Leadership of the HR team:
a. Foster a high-performance culture within the HR team.
b. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
- Cross-functional contribution:
a. Actively contribute to the overall leadership team, providing HR insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Alignment with business objectives:
a. Demonstrate a proven ability to understand business objectives and translate them into an HR strategy that aligns and supports organizational goals.
- Continuous improvement:
a. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- You possess an MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources from a prestigious institute or university.
- Your professional background includes BPO experience, involving the management of 24×7 hours of operations support, including night shifts.
- You bring to the table at least 5-7 years of HR leadership experience.
- Your strong understanding of HR technology, including HRMS implementation and management, is a key asset.
- You excel as a communicator, demonstrating strong influencing skills to effectively work and collaborate with stakeholders.
- With a problem-solving mindset, you have the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Your demonstrated expertise lies in managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations and performance management.
- Your analytical approach empowers you to make data-driven decisions.
