    a. Facilitate career development programs and initiatives that empower employees to achieve their professional goals.
    b. Work towards creating clear career paths and growth opportunities within the organization.
  4. Performance Assessment
    a. Oversee the implementation of a fair and objective performance assessment system.
    b. Ensure performance evaluations are aligned with organizational goals and individual development plans.
  5. Performance Counselling
    a. Establish a framework for ongoing performance counselling to address issues and support employees in achieving their full potential.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  1. Contracts
    a. Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of employment contracts.
    b. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  2. Policies
    a. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Procedures:
    a. Implement and monitor HR procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  4. Terminations
    a. Manage termination processes in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  5. Risk Management:
    a. Identify and mitigate HR-related risks to protect the organization’s interests.
  6. POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment):
    a. Ensure the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures related to preventing sexual harassment.

Technology and Process

  1. Identify, select, and implement HR technologies that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  2. Streamline HR processes to improve overall effectiveness.

Leadership

  1. Functional Leadership of the HR team:
    a. Foster a high-performance culture within the HR team.
    b. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
  2. Cross-functional contribution:
    a. Actively contribute to the overall leadership team, providing HR insights to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Alignment with business objectives:
    a. Demonstrate a proven ability to understand business objectives and translate them into an HR strategy that aligns and supports organizational goals.
  4. Continuous improvement:
    a. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  1. You possess an MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources from a prestigious institute or university.
  2. Your professional background includes BPO experience, involving the management of 24×7 hours of operations support, including night shifts.
  3. You bring to the table at least 5-7 years of HR leadership experience.
  4. Your strong understanding of HR technology, including HRMS implementation and management, is a key asset.
  5. You excel as a communicator, demonstrating strong influencing skills to effectively work and collaborate with stakeholders.
  6. With a problem-solving mindset, you have the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  7. Your demonstrated expertise lies in managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations and performance management.
  8. Your analytical approach empowers you to make data-driven decisions.

Office hours: 3.00 pm to 12.00 am
