Due to continued expansion in the UK, GlobalStep has a new opportunity for a Sales Lead Generator. We are looking for someone to focus on lead generation for new clients for our digital product services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  • Perform in-depth research on potential solid prospects to create a custom pitch
  • Assess and analyse a prospect’s current process and requirements
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about GlobalStep’s value proposition to potential customers
  • Follow-up with the prospects and schedule meetings with sales team for pitch proposals
  • Maintain well organised, up-to-date, and accurate lead information and activity reports
  • Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings
  • Work with Lead Generation team to accomplish business development targets
  • Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the business development team and senior management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of GlobalStep’s products and services to create pitch

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation including sales management and cold calling
  • Experience of B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or IT sector
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Preferably proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude
  • Conscientious, hard-working and driven to convert leads into clients
  • Proficient in the use of social media and competent IT skills
