Due to continued global growth, GlobalStep has a new opportunity for a VP of Client Success for our clients within the Games Industry. We are looking for someone to focus on revenue generation, through existing client growth and retention, coupled with management of the Client Success team.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Leading and managing the Client Success team to successfully achieve individual, departmental and company performance objectives
  • Developing and implementing measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify client success performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and Salesforce training needs. 
  • Recommending strategic priorities, establishing Salesforce performance metrics and account management effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market. 
  • Evaluating and contributing to the design of account growth incentive plans in line with analyses. 
  • Identifying and prioritizing growth and profit-improvement projects. 
  • Business case development and financial analysis in support of key business decisions. 
  • Developing transformation project plans and securing resources required to deliver. 
  • Directly supporting Business Unit leaders on high-profile strategic projects. 
  • Maintaining and sharing an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to be well positioned to best advise the customer
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Acting as an escalation point for customer issues, working to ensure that all issues get resolved satisfactorily and promptly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or related field
  • Extensive experience in client account management within the gaming industry
  • Proven experience of managing a global team
  • Strong working knowledge of industry products, competitive products, and the market
  • Experience leading large, multi-million-dollar, complex customer accounts
  • Experience of leading within a rapidly growing go-to-market organization
  • Strong working knowledge of industry products, competitive products, and the market
  • In-depth knowledge of account management strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Love of games and the games industry
  • Outstanding client service skills
