As our Director of Growth Marketing, you will architect the future of demand generation, driving innovative multi-channel campaigns across all lines of service, directly influencing GlobalStep’s growth trajectory—making an immediate, measurable, and rewarding impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Expand GlobalStep’s market presence within target industries and geographies.

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Lead the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-touch B2B marketing campaigns (including digital marketing, content marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, email, direct marketing, and events) to drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to maximize marketing ROI and support aggressive growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue objectives.
  • Optimize customer engagement through compelling content such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and case studies.

Brand Development

  • Design campaigns to elevate GlobalStep’s brand presence and positioning in target markets.
  • Develop compelling narratives that highlight GlobalStep’s unique value propositions across services and regions.
  • Establish GlobalStep as a thought leader through strategic content initiatives and industry engagement.

Market Insights & Innovation

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement emerging marketing technologies and best practices to maintain market leadership.

Build Comprehensive Demand Generation Engine

  • Establish and manage KPIs and budgets, ensuring clear ROI and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to the identification and integration of key marketing technologies.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Operations) to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability within the marketing organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years in demand generation or growth marketing leadership roles within B2B technology or digital services. Gaming industry experience is a plus.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Campaign Leadership: Deep expertise in executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
