I started my journey as an LQA Tester and I have later been promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist. I am fully invested in my work and in promoting our growing company. Being part of GlobalStep is being part of a multicultural company that strives for excellence. GlobalStep gave me the chance to combine my field of expertise with my passion for video games. And today, I give this chance to all those who are determined to work with us in this incredible and exciting industry. For me, GlobalStep is synonymous with family, with people working together with passion. Hand in hand, we give ourselves the means for the success of our customers and also for the well-being of our employees. With the difficult times we live in due to the pandemic, GlobalStep has allowed me, like many of my colleagues, to be resilient and never forget what it is to be human. Each one of us strives to keep GlobalStep as a human entity. The GlobalStep value I hold dearest is family. Whether my position was as a Tester or as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, we have always been able to stay close and support each other. And it shows in our willingness to provide quality service to our clients.
