Reflecting back on my 8 years at GlobalStep brings back deepest and fondest memories of friendship, learning, teamwork, innovation, leadership and passion to be the best in whatever we do. During my journey, I have met so many talented and likeminded colleagues, who not only bring thought leadership but also have the right heart and passion to succeed as a team and just not as an individual alone. This is what has made me go on. We make mistakes as a team, learn from them, and then succeed as a team. Time is constantly changing. This has been the story of my journey at GlobalStep, that of constant change – constant learning, constant improvements, and a constant journey towards success, both as an individual and as an organization. And, of course, constant contribution to the success of our customers. The culture and values at GlobalStep stand the test of time and are one thing that has remained constant in this everchanging journey. It has been the driving force and guide for me each day spent at GlobalStep. It is not surprising to me that so many people outside the company, such as customers, partners, and senior members of the industry, tend to think likewise on our culture and values. I learned to always be inspired and inspire others, to be motivated and motivate my team, and always be willing to learn, care and move towards the greater goals. These are some of the many attributes characterized and displayed by our true leader and my mentor, Gagan Ahluwalia. Looking ahead together to be part of GlobalStep’s stupendous growth journey and contributing to make a difference in the gaming industry worldwide.
